Massage is a time-honoured body therapy that has been practised and loved by many ancient cultures. Today, it continues to be a beneficial and pampering treatment that is employed for a range of therapeutic purposes.
Here at COMO Shambhala Urban Escape, we complement our strengths in mind and body-balancing Yoga and Pilates with our exclusive massage therapies, for a holistic approach to wellness – the COMO Shambhala way.
Treatments are performed by certified therapists, using our signature COMO Shambhala essential oil blends.
COMO Shambhala Massage (60 min, S$120 or 90 min, S$160)
A gentle, nurturing massage using our signature blended massage oil to calm the mind and rejuvenate the body. Here at COMO Shambhala, our signature massage is customised to address every body's unique areas of discomfort and stress.
Deep Tissue Massage (60 min, S$120 or 90 min, S$160)
Our restorative full body massage helps release deeply-held patterns of tension while removing toxins from tired muscle tissues thereby encouraging muscles to operate at full capacity again. Techniques used include deep muscle compression and cross fibre friction to increase blood circulation and lymph flow.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations must be submitted at least one (1) business day (minimum of 24 hours) before the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation charge.
- For cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled session, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed.
- For no-shows and cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled session, a 100% cancellation charge will be imposed.
HOUSE CALLS
House calls for the above massages incur additional transport costs and are subject to therapist availability.
